This left me wondering and I realized something-

Even I had come across job openings which demanded Saturday workings with a 10-hour shift.

It’s so saddening to see people working this way and slowly lose their true self.

Undoubtedly, for any business to generate revenue, productivity is important.

But it’s not written anywhere that productivity can be achieved only when you sit at one place from 9-5(or sometimes 9) without having your meals.

A research suggested that in an 8 hour day, an average worker is productive for only 2hr 53mins.

So stop micromanaging, unless you’ve hired a super-human.

I feel it’s high time to create a work-life balance so that the employees are less pissed and more focused.
