Here’s a super simple recipe for making saute baby corn-
Ingredients-
10 fresh baby corn
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
Black pepper
Oregano (optional)
Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions-
- In a nonstick pan, take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and heat it on medium flame.
- Once hot, put the baby corn in the pan and let it cook on low flame till it becomes brown and soft.
- Check it by piercing a fork into it. After it becomes soft, put salt and black pepper.
- Remove the pan from flame and season the baby corn with oregano and chilli flakes. Mix them well.
- Serve hot.
