How To Make Healthy Baby Corn Dish

Baby corn is one of the most nutrient-dense veggies. It contains 4% of the daily body requirement of vitamin A and iron and 2% of vitamin C.

Here’s a super simple recipe for making saute baby corn-

Ingredients-

10 fresh baby corn
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
Black pepper
Oregano (optional)
Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions-

  1. In a nonstick pan, take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and heat it on medium flame. 
  2. Once hot, put the baby corn in the pan and let it cook on low flame till it becomes brown and soft.
  3. Check it by piercing a fork into it. After it becomes soft, put salt and black pepper.
  4. Remove the pan from flame and season the baby corn with oregano and chilli flakes. Mix them well.
  5. Serve hot.

That’s it. Your saute baby corn is now ready.
